Clearbrook Dining Club Rewards Plan Description
as of 3/22/07
Activity Year: INAUGURAL YEAR Summer, 2007 through November 30, 2008.
Rewards Plan: 1 point per each dollar a Dining Club Member pays for Food, or Beverage, or Restaurant Gift Certificates when presenting their member card, while using cash, credit card, or their member charge account.
Points are not awarded on Tax, or Tip, or when redeeming Gift Certificates.
Individual members only ... no corporate, business, or organization accounts.
Only the member who pays the bill can get the points.
Card MUST be swiped while paying tab to get credit. The system is entirely "card-based". Purchases made without card will not be awarded points.
Dining Club Member cards all have different numbers and different accounts.
Points are NOT awarded for banquets, caterings, group events, special events.
Because Golf Purchases are not in the program, Gift Certificates valid for golf OR restaurant do NOT earn points. However, gift certificates purchased for RESTAURANT ONLY do accumulate points for the purchaser IF rung in restaurant points-of-sale.
Only purchases rung through restaurant points-of-sale qualify.
This system cannot carry points into the following year, so those points short of a reward at the end of the activity year are forfeited.
Minors (under age 21) may only participate as part of a family plan.
REWARDS: Our inaugural reward is a $25 Gift Certificate after 350 points are earned.
Reward Certificates have restrictions: 1. They are valid for ONE YEAR. 2. They must be used in entirety in one transaction, change cannot be given, nor can they be used for tax, or tip, or general payment-on-account. 3. They may be used for regular restaurant new purchases, not merchandise or gift certificates, and they must be sacrificed upon redemption. 4. Bonus Points are NOT to be awarded for purchases made with any Gift Certificates (because the user is not the purchaser!). 5. They are valid ALL SEVEN days and nights a week when serving, but Friday/Saturday evenings ONLY if purchases are rung-in by 6:00 PM. 6. Reward Certificates are not valid Valentine's Day, Easter Sunday, Mother's Day, New Year's Eve, or for Golf Club functions/events, private parties/caterings, or in conjunction with other offers, discounts, or promotions.
Federal and State tax are to be paid by the cardholder, including sales tax.
Clearbrook may make changes to the rules or prizes; and employees and their direct family members, and clients utilizing trade-type account balances, are not eligible for membership (unless they are Golf Members).
