2010 Membership Plans

Rates range from $475 to $1,535 per season for a FULL membership at Clearbrook.

Our BLUE membership is our innovative, very popular plan for players who desire a small investment in membership, therefore, allowing them more flexibility in golfing destinations while maintaining the benefits of having a “home course”. After a modest membership fee is met, BLUE Plan players pay $7 before each 9 hole round, and $14 before each eighteen, or posted special rates if lower, any time, all season.

Our GREEN membership plan is a traditional plan, allowing all golf for the season to be pre-paid and included. This plan is for those who appreciate the simplicity, inclusiveness, and value of a traditional approach. All GREEN members receive complimentary club storage.

Both Blue and Green are full memberships, with identical benefits and privileges. They are intended to widen the attractiveness of membership. Within the Blue and Green categories are the various membership types designed to meet various player’s needs

Single for an adult individual
Married Couple for two persons legally married per State of Michigan
Children of Member covers all a member’s legal children under age 21
Junior Single for a single individual aged 14-20
Resort any of the above valid Memorial Day to Labor Day
Pre-paid Cart Use Plan unlimited use of power cart for one member for all play

Corporate Plans are paid by corporate check, with individual charge accounts guaranteed by the corporation or organization

Corporate 2 2-3 persons within an organization
Corporate 4 4-7 persons within an organization
Corporate 8 8 or more persons within an organization

Completed applications and payment by cash or check are needed for all plans. Blue Plans require payment in full to secure membership. The Green Plans may be paid-in-full, or locked-in to the Regular Fee with a deposit of 50%. The balance must be paid before play is allowed. Corporate plans must be paid in full at time of purchase. If additional players are added and take the company to the next level of savings, the new lower rate will apply to the entire group.

Member Cards will be issued to all new members of record April 15th and June 15th

Note: Member 10% Shop discounts apply only to purchases paid by the member, not those paid by their guests. Members should provide their membership card at every purchase to ensure proper accounting and discounting. Trail fees are for residents using their own cart on the course. Due to liability issues, an agreement form and proof of insurance are required before the privately owned cart may be used on the course for any reason. Guest riders are only allowed if the double rate is paid.

LIMITED PLAY PASSES - Tournaments, discounts, and charging are NOT included

Twilight for 9-hole play after 6 pm any day, all season
Twilight Junior for member’s kids who just want after-6pm play

Membership fees are already discounted to our maximum, therefore should be paid by check with your application. Two percent will be added to the total if you prefer to pay your fee with Visa, MasterCard, or Discover, and four percent for American Express cards.

Activity Year: GOLF MEMBER plans terminate on November 30th each year, and are re-activated once the member rejoins for the next season.

Rewards Plan: 1 point per each dollar a Golf Club Member pays for Food, or Beverage, or Restaurant Gift Certificates when presenting their member card, while using cash, credit card, or their member charge account.

Points are not awarded on Tax, or Tip, or when redeeming Gift Certificates.

Individual members only ... no corporate, business, or organization accounts.

Only the member who pays the bill can get the points.

Card MUST be swiped to get credit. The system is entirely "card-based"

Golf Member Families with the same member number accumulate together toward one reward.

Banquets, caterings, and group events are NOT eligible for earning points, but may qualify for other bonuses IF paid by the member that made the arrangements.

Because Golf Purchases are not in the program, purchase of Gift Certificates valid for golf OR restaurant do NOT earn points. However, gift certificates purchased for RESTAURANT ONLY do accumulate points for the purchaser IF rung in restaurant points-of-sale.

Only purchases rung through restaurant points-of-sale qualify.

This system cannot carry points into the following year, so those points short of a reward at the end of the activity year are forfeited.

Minors (under age 21) may only participate as part of a family plan.

REWARDS: Our inaugural reward is a $35 Gift Certificate after 350 points are earned.

Reward Certificates have restrictions: 1. They are valid for ONE YEAR. 2. They must be used in entirety in one transaction, change cannot be given, nor can they be used for tax, or tip, or general payment-on-account. 3. They may be used for regular restaurant new purchases, not merchandise or gift certificates, and they must be sacrificed upon redemption. 4. Bonus Points are NOT to be awarded for purchases made with any Gift Certificates (because the user is not the purchaser!). 5. They are valid ALL SEVEN days and nights a week when serving, but on Friday/Saturday evenings ONLY if purchases are rung-in by 6:00 PM. 6. Reward Certificates are not valid Valentine's Day, Easter Sunday, Mother's Day, New Year's Eve, or for Golf Club functions/events, private parties/caterings, special events, or in conjunction with other offers, discounts, or promotions.

Federal and State tax are to be paid by the cardholder, including sales tax.

Clearbrook may make changes to the rules or prizes; employees and their direct family members are not eligible for Dining Club membership.
